How to Lose Weight

No need to always avoid the group consuming certain types of food, but still always keep the balance of nutrition into the body.
Always pay attention to what the body's need for protein. The human body every day always require 30 kg of protein that can be obtained by consuming various types of meat, dairy and protein sources of food types of legumes, grains, and protein from nuts.
Try to eat only when you're hungry only and avoid eating up too full treatment and try to always replace the snacks that contain too much fat and glucose by consuming fresh fruits.
Always multiply consume water, be sure to spend at least 8 glasses of water each day.

  • Avoid fizzy drinks
  • Stop snacking at night
  • Replace white rice with brown rice
  • Regular exercise
